Is it possible that something in the subconscious, like not feeling like you will succeed, or fear of trying, triggers the procrastination & hesitancy issue and then the habit of procrastination takes over. How do you stop procrastination and hesitancy ?

We are surrounded by spirit and guides but we can feel alone. Gm is a good friend to have. Connection with the heart. Expand your being from the inside as a ball of light and it feels good for a while. Better than chocolate too. Be well on your soul journey. Thanks for sharing the vulnerability. HI Christy, I am working on a weird thing that I don't know what is involved but here it is - on hot summer days with blue skies I get super depressed and have to stay inside till the evening. I suspect there is trauma back there and I don't want to know what it is but I would like to move past the depression and feeling of dread on hot summer days. Thanks! Suzi
